George R. Hampson is an Oceanographer Emeritus in the Biology Department.
The Papers of George Hampson contain Hampson's files on several subjects, including oil spills, clam culture, and the Plymouth Power Plant project, and includes notebooks, correspondence, photographic slides, and reports.
The papers were kept by George Hampson prior to their donation to the Archives.

The papers were donated by George Hampson in several accessions, including acc 2000-10 and 2000-24. Other accessions have been received, but have not yet been processed.
